Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FizzBucha website and pre-order checkout. Pre-orders are processed by Stripe, and shipping details are collected during checkout.

Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at the time of pre-order. You may request a full refund any time before your order ships. If we cancel or are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

We currently support shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Standard shipping is currently included for pre-orders unless checkout states otherwise before payment.

Returns

After shipping, contact us within 30 days of delivery if something is wrong with your order. Unless we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
